Do you eat well, move your body, drink water and still struggle with digestive issues?
I can relate.

I had my first experience with the importance of gut health when diet change alone resolved unpleasant digestive issues that I’d been battling for months… in just three days.

I figured my digestion was fixed but six years later, after a period of intense stress, my gut was thrown off again. In addition to unhappy bowels, I started having skin breakouts and my anxiety was at an all time high. I didn’t feel like myself. It wasn’t until I used functional lab tests to determine my body’s imbalances that I was able to actually begin healing my gut. I also leveraged my holistic health training to release stress and build resilience.

My own health journey taught me an critical concept: Gut imbalances rarely stay in the gut.            If our gut isn’t in good health - due to food sensitivities, too few good bacteria, an overgrowth of pathogens or a combination of all three - we will have systemic issues.

Poor gut health can manifest as so many things - abnormal bowel movements or consistency, acid reflux, bloating, gas, acne, eczema, psoriasis, allergies, autoimmune conditions, fatigue, low mood, headaches, anxiety, stubborn weight and more…

If you’ve tried different diets and protocols but nothing seems to make a significant difference, I can help. I know how confusing and overwhelming it is when you feel like you’re guessing.

I help busy, health-minded parents (and their kids) uncover their body’s imbalances so they can regain control of their health, find balance and feel confident again.

As a former scientist, I believe in testing, not guessing. Our bodies have so much to tell us if we just ask! Testing allows us to build a personalized protocol that includes lifestyle adjustments,

supplements, and foods that nourish your body. There is no one-size-fits-all diet or lifestyle.

I’m here to support and empower you on your health journey as you rebalance balance and build life-long habits that will allow you to thrive.

Why Grounded Health & Wellness?

I chose the name Grounded Health & Wellness because my approach is rooted in the latest scientific research and guided by objective testing—not guesswork. The word grounded also reflects the state of balance and resilience I help my clients cultivate in their own lives. And of course, it’s a nod to nature itself—our most powerful source of health—through the plants that transform soil and sunlight into nourishing food.
